ROC-Star Pass Application- anyone wishing to use the ROC or CAC, even just once, will need to turn in a completed application. Should the user return, a $10 fee will be collected from the individual, a picture will be taken, and a ROC-Star Pass will be issued.

Rules of Recreation- part of the waiver you sign on both the ROC-Star Pass Application and Reservation Request Form says you will follow our rules.

Reservation Request Form- anyone age 21 or older can request to reserve the ROC or CAC for an event, public or private, for a fee. If you are a HBC Church Member you there is no charge, and if you are not a HBC Member you will be charged $50 for 4 hours. However, the Director of the ROC has the right to deny any requests made for any reason.

ROC-Star Volunteer Application- just fill this out and bring it to the front desk at the ROC and we'll find a place for you.

Volunteer Background Check- because several children use the ROC throughout the year, the ROC Committee feels that a youth leader background check is a necessary extra line of defense we can build for our children.
