    Fitness Classes

     

     

    Zumba

    Zumba is high energy fitness class for women.  It combines dance moves and aerobic moves to create a great workout.  This class meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm in the CAC gym.  The class uses Zumba Music and Christian Music to dance with and it ends with a good devotion for the day.  It costs $20 a month or $5 a week.  Also be on the lookout for free Saturday sessions throughout the year.

    ENERGIZERS

    Come join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10am for a morning workout and devotion.This is a very low impact class that emphasizes strength and flexibility. Energizers is a great class for those just beginning an exercise program or recuperating from illness or injury. The class will be dismissed after a short devotion and prayer. It's a great way to get the day started, exercising your body and spirit. The cost is only $10 a month.

    YOG-AEROBICS

    Yog-Aerobics meets Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30 a.m. at the CAC gym and sometimes outdoors at the Park. Class consists of low-impact aerobics, strength training through the use of weights, balls, pilates type exercises and Christian yoga. This is a great class to relieve any of that unwanted stress you may be having, and renew your spirit. The cost is $25 for 6 weeks.

    Classes are held in a Christian, non-threatening environment with upbeat, non-offensive music with a certified, experienced instructor.  You may come and try either class for a couple of times to see if it is something you want to join.
